Teen from Cape Coral Charged of Killing his Mother to be Tried as an Adult

The 15 year old from Cape Coral, David Joel Hankins, who was charged with killing his mother, will be charged as an adult. The State Attorney's Office filed second degree murder charges against him. His is currently in a juvenile detention center.
